Terms and Conditions for GSCProTool

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the download, installation, access, and use of GSCProTool (“Software”, “Tool”, “Service”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using GSCProTool, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Software.

1. Description of Service

GSCProTool is a software application designed to automate and assist with certain operations related to Google Search Console, including but not limited to data retrieval, analysis, reporting, and workflow automation.

GSCProTool is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using the Software, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:

  • Download and install GSCProTool

  • Use the Software for lawful business or personal purposes

  • Access features according to your subscription or license type (if applicable)

4. Restrictions

You agree that you will NOT:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software

  • Modify, copy, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Software

  • Use the Software for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities

  • Use the Software in violation of Google’s Terms of Service or API policies

  • Circumvent any security, licensing, or usage limits

  • Use the Software to automate activities that violate third-party platform rules

5. Google Search Console & Third-Party Services

GSCProTool may integrate with Google Search Console and other third-party services. You acknowledge that:

  • Your use of Google services is governed by Google’s own terms and policies

  • The Company is not responsible for changes, limitations, or suspension of Google APIs

  • The Company is not liable for any account suspension, penalties, or data loss caused by misuse of automation

6. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your accounts and API credentials

  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and platform rules

  • All actions performed through your account using GSCProTool

  • Any data you upload, process, or export using the Software

7. Data & Privacy

  • GSCProTool may process account-related and usage data necessary to operate the Software

  • We do not claim ownership of your Google Search Console data

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and process any data

  • Data handling is subject to our Privacy Policy (if applicable)

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in GSCProTool, including source code, design, branding, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of the Company.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to you.

9. Updates & Changes

We may:

  • Update or modify the Software

  • Add, change, or remove features

  • Change these Terms at any time

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

GSCProTool is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Accuracy or reliability of data

  • Continuous or error-free operation

  • Compatibility with third-party services

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business

  • Account suspensions or penalties

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Any damages arising from use or inability to use the Software

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Software.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Software

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of third-party terms (including Google’s policies)

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
